Onward

Connect Onward to your AI host

Add the Onward MCP server and sign in with Google. Pick your host:

Claude.ai

    Open Claude.ai → Settings → Connectors (requires a Pro or Max plan).

    Click the "+" and choose "Add custom connector".

    Paste the Onward MCP URL below, then click Add.

    Open the connector and sign in with Google to authorize Onward.

    In any chat, enable Onward from the "+" → Connectors menu.

ChatGPT

    Open ChatGPT → Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced, and turn on Developer mode (beta; paid plan).

    Click Create to add a new connector, and give it the name "Onward".

    Paste the Onward MCP URL below as the server URL, then click Create.

    Complete the Google sign-in to authorize Onward.

    In a chat, open "+" → Developer mode and enable Onward.

Gemini

    Onward connects to Gemini through the Gemini CLI (the web app's custom-connector support is still rolling out).

    Open ~/.gemini/settings.json and add an mcpServers entry whose httpUrl is the Onward MCP URL below:

    Run gemini — it opens Google sign-in automatically to authorize Onward, then loads the Onward tools.
